




My expertise is in conflict resolution in the workplace,
specifically conflict and its effects on organizational performance and quality of life in the workplace. I'm also passionate
about teaching interpersonal and communication skills. Good communication skills are essential for peace, happiness, and success in
both our personal and professional lives.
Regarding mediation, I believe that mediation is an efficient and effective means for resolving most disputes. I understand that being involved in a dispute can be very stressful and disruptive to one's life. I enjoy having the privilege of helping people resolve their disputes so that they can put the matter behind them and move forward with their lives.

My educational background and experience is in Industrial/Organizational psychology. I/O psychology is a sub-field of social psychology and its focus is on behavior in the workplace and scientific solutions to human problems in the workplace. This field of study also encompasses organizational development, employment practices (e.g., selection and appraisal), training and development, and group dynamics.
