Hello and thank you for visiting my website!

My educational background and experience is in Industrial/Organizational psychology. I/O psychology is a sub-field of social psychology and its focus is on behavior in the workplace and scientific solutions to human problems in the workplace. This field of study also encompasses organizational development, employment practices (e.g., selection and appraisal), training and development, and group dynamics. One area of my expertise is in conflict resolution in the workplace, specifically conflict and its effects on organizational performance and quality of life in the workplace.

In addition to my psychology degrees I have received training in family and divorce mediation. I find it rewarding helping families peacefully and constructively work through the difficult processes involving divorce, separation, parenting plans, parenting disputes (both pre and post divorce), and a variety of family relationship issues.

Regarding mediation, I believe that mediation is an efficient and effective means for resolving most conflict and disputes. I understand that being involved in a dispute can be very stressful and disruptive to one's life. I enjoy having the privilege of helping people resolve their disputes so that they can put the matter behind them and move forward with their lives
